A Maryland man known as a quadruple amputee cornhole champion is facing serious murder charges after a fatal shooting that authorities say followed an argument inside a vehicle. Authorities reported that two individuals sitting in the back seat witnessed the incident. Webber allegedly asked them to help dispose of the body, but they refused.
